There is a special magic to works on paper; consider the fact that Leonardo Da Vinci only completed a dozen paintings. His true genius was displayed in the thousands of drawings he made. Villa Paula is dedicated to educating the novice collector about the various mediums and techniques associated with drawings. At the opening, many of the artists will be on hand to discuss their approaches and there will be a presentation by a conservator on the restoration of old master drawings. Guest Speakers: Jorge Hidalgo and Fidel Lopez will discuss art conservation, restoration and proper techniques of high quality framing.

It is a great honor to have my artworks displayed with some of the top Latin American artists. As a Nicaraguan artist the message for my art is clear and revolutionary as many artists such as Roberto Fabelo and Wilfredo Lam, who's works deal with a strong individual identity within revolutionary socities.

WYNWOOD MIAMI FINE ART

Headdress art created by Latin American artist Ivette Cabrera focuses on empowering women from different cultural backgrounds through her elaborate and detailed fine art drawings.  "I want women to question their own identity so the headdress art is abstract, showing that every woman wears a crown." Her works have been showcased in art museums such as The Baker Museum & Yellowstone Art Museum along with many local Wynwood galleries. Limited Edition Prints are available though the online shop.
